Stephen Ogilby

After a successful career representing Ireland and Cheshire at cricket. Stephen decided to pursue his passion for financial services and was enrolled into the prestigious St. James's Place Academy where he has successfully completed and gained his Diploma in Regulated Financial planning.

Whilst at PFPS Wealth Management Stephen has continued to enhance his career with further CII Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning qualifications such as AF5, Specialist Pension Transfer Advice and current studying Retirement Income Planning on his way to becoming a Chartered Financial Planner. 

Stephen is a very personable adviser and works very closely with both the client, their family and the client's own professional advisers, such as Accountants and Solicitors. This helps Stephen to provide a truly holistic approach to each planning situation, helping to ensure that the client is at the centre of each strategy and that his advice complements that offered by the client’s legal and accountancy advisers.

Areas of advice include Savings, Investment Planning and Retirement Planning including Final Salary Specialist Pension Advice.

Stephen also works closely with Business Owners and Directors giving tax advice for Corporate Clients, including Family and Business Protection. Away from the office Stephen is a very competitive sportsman, having represented Ireland on a number of occasions in his favoured sport of cricket as well as a very keen golfer. Stephen had also captained Chester Boughton Hal Cricket Club, where he has led the team to a number of notable victories.
